So rather than trying to eliminate all fatty foods from your diet, keep the following high fat foods in your meal plans.

Delicious and nutritious avocados are often feared because they do have a high fat content, but rest assured that it’s good fat. This food could help reduce inflammation, and avocado oil may even help with lowering bad cholesterol too. Plus, the good fats in this food will help your body absorb all of the beneficial fat-soluble vitamins, like A, D, E, and K.
2. Olive Oil
When it comes to oils that you can cook with to add flavor to your meals, stick with olive oil for a good dose of healthy fat. This oil might help reduce your risk of developing diabetes, heart disease, and cancer, and the healthy fats in it may even help slow down the aging process. Just stick with extra-virgin olive oil.
