Working out several times a week is a great way to lose weight and stay in shape. But, what about daily workouts? Is it okay to exercise every day? Overtraining is real, and while daily workouts might seem like a good idea at first, if you train every single day for weeks on end, you’re bound to overdo it. Some level of physical activity every day, such as walking, is great, but you don’t actually have to hit the gym seven days a week every week in order to get weight loss results. In fact, if you end up going too far with your daily workouts, you might end up finding that it backfires on you.
How Too Many Daily Workouts Can Be Bad for You
